About DISTANCIA






Through TACA's loyalty program, DISTANCIA, our frequent flyers are rewarded with, among other benefits and privileges, airline tickets, hotel stays, car rentals, and additional exclusive benefits for HORIZONTE level members. It is our way of saying thank you for choosing us as your air carrier.

You can earn DISTANCIA Miles every time you fly with TACA or with any of our airline partners. Also, our broad network of partners offers you diverse ways to accrue Miles with financial institutions, hotels, restaurants, car rental companies, and other loyalty programs.

With TACA you can travel to destinations across the Americas and, with our airline partners, you can go around the world to destinations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Adding free excess baggage, car rentals, and/or hotel lodging to your trip is entirely up to you.

With your initial enrollment membership you can:



     
  • Earn Miles when flying with TACA (depending on the Fare Family you choose for your travel) or with any of our airline partners.
  • Accrue Miles depending on the you choose for your travel
  • Earn Miles when using the services of any DISTANCIA partner, which may include, but not be limited to, financial institutions, hotels, restaurants, car rentals, and shops
  • Use Miles for award tickets with our airline partners
  • Exchange Miles for hotel nights , car rental days and other services from our other partners
