If you would rather redeem your awards offline, please make sure to follow these next steps:

1. Choose the certificate/product of your preference and jot down its code.

2. Visit your nearest TACA Center to redeem the award you selected. Make sure to verify and confirm that your contact information is correct, and remember that there can be no deliveries to P.O. Box addresses.

3. In case of a specific product, you will receive it at the address provided in 15 work days or less within Central America and 30 work days or less within South America.

In case of certificates, these will be send in 5 work days or less, don’t forget to present them at the selected establishment as a form of payment for your consumption.
